This is a great dealership. I asked - insisted, actually - that I be given the contact info for a very senior person within GM so that you would know of my superb buying experience at Liberty. It was Unbelievable.
Background. As a former senior officer in the military, I have high standards and expectations. Liberty, by far, exceeded my loftiest expectations. I was also involved in the car sales business and was the only one of nearly 90 in the Dallas area with a 100% CSI. So, I know something of this business and what it takes to delight a customer. Again, Liberty exceeded my expectations.
My first contact was via phone with salesman Paul Jevicz. He answered my questions and, most importantly, did NOT follow some artificial script as so often happens...he met me where I was, and I appreciated his enthusiastic, straight forward responses. He was awesome.
I went to the dealership, but Paul was busy with customers that required test drives on several vehicles. I was not interested in working with someone else, but had to leave. I received phone calls from Paul, and, to my surprise, the General Sales Manager, Sam Acton. If Paul is gold, Sam is platinum. I simply asked Sam to put together the best deal he could for me, and that I would make a decision - as an executive, I told him I had not time for the stereotypic "back and forth" method so common these days.
Sam did exactly as I requested. Yes, I had also gone to another dealership (had to do my due diligence), but Sam's bottom line was better, and his calm, even, manner was the finishing touch. I made my decision to buy from Liberty. I actually went back to Liberty to meet Sam and to seal the deal. Meeting him was like meeting a long lost family member. Nothing phony at all. Just genuine appreciation by Sam and Paul for stopping back.
Last note. Taking care of the actual buying paperwork could not have been more pleasant. The Finance Director, Krysten Conner, was superb. This can be a tough experience - not easy for me to spend $25,000 or so- but she made the time totally enjoyable and pain- free.
Sir, you people are this dealership are the best I've ever worked with. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience. I cannot imagine any way this could have been improved. GREAT Staff. I will not embarrass the other dealer (not my style), but I will say that Liberty sets the standard for doing sales that right way - the customer's way.
You have a collection of all stars here at Liberty. Would you please be kind enough to pass along to Feldman folks and people at this dealership my grateful appreciation for a job well done? In my opinion, this dealership sets the standard for service and excellence.

Dear Mr. Feldman,
I was recently looking for something special for the 20th Wedding Anniversary my wife and I shared. Not knowing for sure what to get, I stopped into the New Hudson, Liberty Chevrolet for a quick look see. I liked what I saw. The lot was orderly, the showroom was clean and organized, with easy flow to and from vehicles.
I was politely approached by a young sales consultant, Matt Sayyae, who came across with enthusiasm and motivation. I was impressed with his detailed knowledge of the vehicles in the showroom. He helped me feel relaxed and confident I'd find a special anniversary gift for my wife. He patiently showed me around, answered all my questions than senced I was interested in the Camaro 2LT. With Matt's diligent help, i decided to order a 2013, Blu Ray Metallic Camaro 2LT.
Matt called when the Camaro came in. He went out of his way coordinating special preparations, adorning the new Camaro with ribbons, balloons and bows. My wife was totally surprised and overwhelmed when told the Camaro was hers. Matt graciously spent as much time as needed briefing my wife about the special aspect, options and ongoing conveniences the new Camaro offers.
Matt Sayyae is an invaluable asset of Liberty Chevrolet. I suspect before long I'll be visiting Liberty Chevrolet again seeking Matt's kind assistance. After all, it was my anniversary too.

Paul Jevicz was my salesman. I have to tell you; Paul has been the BEST automotive salesperson I have dealt with throughout my years of buying new cars. He is extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I actually test-drove an Equinox at Liberty Chevrolet in New Hudson, MI as I was passing through town. Paul assisted me with that test drive, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness (along with the Equinox itself) that I decided to purchase a vehicle from Liberty - even though that it was an hours drive from my house and I could have purchased locally at several other Chevy Dealerships.
