It is our goal to properly repair your vehicle the first time in. We have invested in diagnostic tools designed specifically to assist our technicians in servicing Chevrolet vehicles. Not only do we have the tools for your car, we also have the training. Besides our technicians being ASE Certified, they are also required to continually participate in Chevrolet Certified Technician classes. Chevrolet Certified classes geared specifically at trouble shooting and diagnosing your Chevrolet vehicle.

All diagnostic charges will be applied to the repair should it be determined further repairs are necessary. Should the repairs be covered under the Chevrolet new vehicle warranty, the diagnostic will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Engine Performance Diagnosis $84.95

Attempt to duplicate customer concern either in the stall or on test drive. Extract any engine codes from vehicle and interpret codes with Chevrolet Service Information diagnostic software. Visually inspect engine for any obvious detrimental conditions. Provide recommendations and estimate of costs to properly repair vehicle.

Brake System Diagnosis $44.95

Attempt to duplicate concern. Utilize Chevrolet computer diagnostic equipment to extract any diagnostic trouble codes. Visually inspect brake lines, fluid levels, calipers and pads, rotor condition. If unable to duplicate customer concern, we will search the Chevrolet Service Information data base for any additional information.

Automatic Transmission Diagnosis $94.00

Attempt to duplicate customer concern in stall or on test drive. Perform electronic test of the on-board computer system. Visually inspect transmission for leaks. Test transmission linkage for any binding. Inspect condition and level of fluid. Provide estimate if additional repairs are required.

Driveline/Vibration Diagnosis $59.95

Attempt to duplicate customer concern on test drive. Determine source of Balance tires. Inspect drive line components for any visual damage.

Battery & Charging System Diagnosis $48.34

Check battery condition with Midtronics battery tester. Visually inspect battery for leakage, loose cables, corrosion. Check current state of charge with Digital Mutlimeter, both hot and cold if poss. Conduct battery draw if necessary.

Fluid Leak Diagnosis $48.98

Identify and clean area of concern. Visually inspect related components for leak source. Install dye and inspect with ultra-violet light if necessary. Provide estimate for any further necessary repairs.

AC System Diagnosis $89.99 (with rear air) $115.38

Check vent temperature with thermometer. Check both high and low side system pressures. Install dye, if necessary, and use ultra violet lights for leak detection. Visually inspect lines-condenser-fittings for signs of leakage. Diagnosis includes up to 1 lb r-134 if needed.

Steering System Diagnosis $49.95

Attempt to duplicate condition with test drive. Check vehicle alignment. Inspect tires for abnormal wear patterns proper wear and inflation. Provide estimate if additional repairs are required.
