Feldman Automotive Preferred Owner Program Terms and Conditions

PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    The following document details the terms and conditions of Feldman Automotive Preferred Owner's Program.

2.    Feldman Automotive Preferred Owner Program members will receive incentive points on purchases of parts, accessories and services purchased at our dealership and through Internet purchases on our exclusive consumer site. Changes to these terms and conditions may be changed and will be posted on our website.

OVERVIEW OF PREFERRED OWNER PROGRAM

1.    The Feldman Automotive Preferred Owner Program is a loyalty program sponsored by Feldman Automotive that allows owners to earn incentive points toward future service, parts and accessory purchases. Members can earn points on eligible purchases including service labor purchases, parts and accessories purchased from Feldman Automotive dealership and through Internet purchases on our exclusive consumer site and through Internet purchases on our exclusive consumer site.. Members may earn up to a maximum of $300.00 in any one transaction.

2.    All earned award points can be used only for retail purchases at Feldman Automotive ONLY.

3.    All Preferred Owners need a valid email address for the purpose of communications from Feldman Automotive. This email address will also be used for access to your Preferred Owner Consumer site where you can keep track of all points earned. This email address will only be used by Feldman Automotive Preferred Owner Program and will not be sold to any outside organization/s.

PROGRAM RULES

1.    Incentive points cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.    Any items purchased through the Preferred Owners Program cannot be returned for cash. The value of any returned item will be applied to the Preferred Owner card. No exceptions.

3.    Award points will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

4.    Award points cannot be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.

5.    Points for services may only be awarded to the owner of the vehicle, and the cardholder may only redeem points. If the cardholder is a corporation, only corporate officers or those authorized by a corporate officer may redeem points.  Your Preferred Owner Program card can be used for any vehicle in your household.

6.    Award points can only be earned on non-warranty purchases. Points will be earned on repairs paid on your behalf by an insurance carrier or vehicle service contract provider.

EARNING PROGRAM POINTS

1.    When you first enroll in the Program, the Preferred Owner will receive a Feldman Automotive Rewards Card. The card is to be used for each eligible transaction.

2.    Incentive Points can be earned in the following manners:

a.    Upon joining the program, Preferred Owners receive 10 Service that may be redeemed at any time for non-warranty service work.

b.    Each service event (parts and labor) earns 3% of total pre tax dollars spent towards a future service, parts or accessories purchase. Certain promotional or discounted services will not be eligible for program points.

3.    From time to time there are exclusive Preferred Owner promotions in the form of discounts and/or electronic “punch cards”.  All Preferred Owners will be notified through email.

4.      Points may also be earned by purchasing products from over 400 retailers on-line through the Preferred Owner Consumer site.  Percentage will vary by retailer.
